| Ingredients: 1 beef sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick
(about 2 lbs)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt |

Method:
- Combine yogurt, oil, garlic, curry powder, hot pepper sauce and salt. Place steak in
plastic bag; add marinade, spreading evenly on both sides.
- Tie bag securely and marinate in refrigerator for about 6-8 hours (or overnight, if
desired), turning at least once.
- Remove steak from marinade. Place steak on the grill and broil for about 15-20 minutes
to desired doneness.
