Ingredients:4
veal loin chops 1 inch thick
1 lb. fresh porcini mushrooms, chopped
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

Veal Chops Porcini

Method:
- Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat chops with flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium heat. Add chops and cook for 5
minutes; turn chops over. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes more or until slightly pink in center.
Remove chops; keep warm.
- Melt remaining butter in the same skillet; add mushrooms; cook for about 5 minutes or
until tender. Stir in parsley and sesame oil.
- Serve mushroom mixture over chops.
