| Ingredients: 1 beef top round steak, cut 1 inch
thick (about 2 lbs)
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp honey
1 tsp each garlic powder and ground ginger
1 green onion, finely chopped |

Method:
- Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic powder, ginger and onion. Place steak in
plastic bag; add marinade, turning to coat.
- Tie bag securely and marinate in refrigerator for about 4 hours, turning at least once.
- Drain marinade from steak, reserve. Place steak on rack in broiler pan and broil to rare
or medium for 20-30 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade. Carve steak into thin
slices.
