| Ingredients: 4 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 to 3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup diced celery
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper |
Sweet & Sour Zucchini |
Method:
Combine zucchini, honey, vinegar, oil, bell pepper, celery, onion, salt and black pepper
in large glass or ceramic bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Drain and serve chilled or at room temp.
Makes about 2 quarts
