1 large tomato, cut into wedges or red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup California whole pitted ripe olives
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Steak & Spinach Salad With Cheese
Method:
Grill or broil steak to desired doneness. Cut steak across grain into slices.
Toss spinach, tomato, olives, garlic and oil. Place on serving platter.
