Ingredients:

4 pork sirloin cutlets, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp basil leaves
2 medium onions, sliced

Spanish Pork Cutlets

Method:
  1. Brown cutlets in oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Pour off drippings. Sprinkle cutlets with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix tomato sauce, sherry, worcestershire sauce, sugar and basil; pour over cutlets.
  3. Add onion slices; cover tightly and simmer for 30-45 minutes or until the cutlets are done.
    Serves: 4
