Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 cup butter, softened
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp almond extract

Sour Cream Pound Cake

Method:
  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, add sour cream and mix well
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating mixture well after each egg is added.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift flour and baking soda together. Add flour to the sour cream mixture. Add vanilla and almond extracts and mix well.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured baking pan and bake at 325 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Serve with any delicious ice cream or topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
    Preparation time: 1 hour
