| Ingredients: 2 8-ounce sirloin steaks
2 tsp butter
2 tbsp fresh shallots, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup ready-to-serve beef gravy
3 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped |
Sirloin Steak & Sauce

Method:
Grill or broil sirloin steak to desired doneness, keep hot on serving plate.
In saute pan, heat butter, add shallots, garlic and mushrooms.
Saute about 2 minutes, add beef gravy, white wine and sour cream.
Bring to a boil, then serve over steaks and sprinkle with parsley.
