Ingredients:

Bread
Butter
Ranch dressing (optional)
Potato, boiled, skinned & sliced in circular shape
Cucumber skinned & sliced
2-3 green chilies
Tomatoes, sliced
1 cup coriander leaves
1/2 cup coconut
Ginger skinned & cut into small pieces
Salt

Sandwiches With Coriander Chutney

Method:
  1. Take the coriander, coconut, ginger, green chilies, salt & grind it in the mixie. This is the coriander chutney.
  2. Now apply butter on the bread & then the coriander chutney on top of it.
  3. Arrange the vegetables on the bread. (Put on the ranch dressing on the vegetables if u want).
  4. The sandwich is very tasty without the ranch dressing. (You can add boiled & sliced eggs or chicken or any other vegetable or meat )
