| Ingredients: 1/2 lb salmon fillets
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp dry white wine, chicken broth or orange juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp grated gingerroot |
Salmon Teriyaki |
Method:
Mix soy sauce, wine, brown sugar and ginger in shallow dish. Add salmon fillets, turn
several times to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning once.
Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with non-stick cooking spray. Remove
fish from marinade and reserve marinade.
Place fish on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 4-inches from heat for 4
minutes. Carefully turn fish and brush with marinade.
Broil for 2-5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork. Discard any
remaining marinade.
Serves 2.
