| Ingredients: 8-16 oz of canned or grilled salmon
10-12 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1 medium size onion, chopped finely
2 medium size tomatoes, chopped finely
4 tbsp oil |

Method:
- Heat up oil in a frying pan and saute chopped garlic, onion and tomatoes. Stir fry until
the flavor of garlic is released.
- To this, add the canned salmon with juice and simmer for 3-5 minutes, occasionally
stirring and mixing all ingredients together.
- Serve with rice or as a sandwich spread and in some occasion use as a dip with chips.
