Ingredients:

200 gms dried red chilies
1 cup vinegar
6 garlic cloves
Salt to taste

Red Chili Sauce

Method:
  1. Soak chilies in warm water for 2 hours. Drain and keep aside
  2. To these chilies, add garlic cloves and blend to a very fine paste.
  3. Add vinegar to the ground paste and strain it through thin cloth.
  4. Add salt and cook on high heat until the sauce thickens.
