Ingredients:

12 oz raspberry low fat or fat free yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup of orange juice

Raspberry Smoothie

Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
    Serves: 2
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
