Ingredients:

4 4-ounce pork loin steaks
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp of parsley and oregano, chopped
1/4 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1/8 tsp fresh sage
Pepper to taste
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup water

Method:
  1. Make a seasoned flour with all herbs and flour.
  2. Dredge pounded pork steaks in seasoned flour.
  3. Saute pork steak in frying pan with oil on both sides until evenly browned.
  4. Cover the pan, add � cup of water and finish cooking in oven at 325 degrees F for 30-45 minutes or until done.
