Ingredients:

2 2-ounce pork tenderloins
1 egg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp olive oil
Cilantro for garnishing

Method:
  1. Dip pork tenderloins in egg batter and parmesan cheese.
  2. Lightly saute in olive oil.
  3. Serve with steamed rice or on a bed of mixed salad greens.
  4. Garnish with a fresh sprig of cilantro.
