| Ingredients: 6 pork chops
2 tsp oil
1 onion, peeled and sliced
1 can (10 1/2 oz) beef broth
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp water |

Method:
- Heat oil in a skillet; add pork chops and slowly brown on both sides.
- Push chops to one side and saute onion. Arrange onion over pork chops.
- Add broth, thyme and pepper. Cover and simmer slowly for 1 hour.
- Remove chops and onions to warm platter. Combine flour, water and thicken pan juices.
Serve over chops.
