Ingredients:

6 cups assorted vegetables (such as cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers, yellow squash, zucchini), cut in 1-inch pieces
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper blend
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Peppered Vegetable Medley

Method:
  1. In a shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except sesame seeds.
  2. Cover and bake in 375° F oven for 30-35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir vegetables halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings
    Preparation time: 45 minutes
