| Ingredients: 2 pears, diced into 1/2 inch pieces
4 cups of mixed greens
1 head of radicchio, shredded
1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tsp virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp toasted hazelnuts, chopped |
Pears Salad

Method:
Clean the greens and radicchio. Tear into bite-sized pieces.
In a salad bowl, combine greens, radicchio and pears.
In a small bowl, whisk vinegar and mustard. Add oil in a steady stream while whisking.
Add salt, pepper and sugar. Toss salad and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
