1 pkg. (4-serving) Jell-O instant pudding – vanilla flavor
2 cups cold milk
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. water
1/4 to 1/3 cup raspberry jelly or preserves (or use grape or strawberry jelly or preserves)
Whipping cream & chopped peanuts (optional)

Peanut Butter & Jelly Delight

1. Gradually beat milk into peanut butter in a small bowl of electric mixer. Add pudding mix and beat at lowest speed for about 2 minutes.
2. Stir water into jelly. Layer pudding mixture and jelly into 5 parfait glasses. Chill.
3. Garnish with whipping cream and chopped peanuts, if desired.
   Makes 5 servings
