| Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs red snapper fillets, 1/2 to
3/4-inch thick
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed |

Method:
Mix all ingredients except fish fillets, pour over fish in glass dish.
Cover and refrigerate at least for 1 hour. Remove fish and reserve marinade.
Cover and grill fish for about 4-inches from medium coals, turning once and brushing 2
or 3 times with reserved marinade, until fish flakes easily with fork, for 15-25 minutes.
Cut into serving pieces. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
Serves 6.
