Ingredients:2
lbs lean ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 (15.25 oz) can seasoned tomato sauce for meatloaf
2 tbsp each brown sugar and chopped fresh parsley |
Meatloaf In 30 Minutes

Method:
- Preheat oven to 400� F.
- Combine and mix beef, salt, pepper, eggs, breadcrumbs and half of the seasoned tomato
sauce for meatloaf.
- Form into 8 (approximately 5 oz each) oval loaves. Place on large baking dish.
- Combine and mix remaining seasoned tomato sauce, brown sugar and parsley; set aside.
- Bake uncovered, for 15 minutes; drain. Spoon remaining sauce mixture over loaves; bake
for 5 minutes longer.
Serves: 8
