| Ingredients: 2
cups boiled macaroni
2 spring onions, chopped finely
1 capsicum, deseeded & cut into thin slices
1 tomato, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup boiled peas
2 tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste |
Macaroni & Vegetable Salad

Method:
- In a mixing bowl, mix together all the vegetables, macaroni and cheese cubes.
- Add the lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate.
- Serve chilled.
