Ingredients:

4 boneless pork loin chops, about 1-inch thick
1 tsp each fresh thyme & rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp each olive oil & lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
Additional fresh herbs (optional)
Vegetable kabobs (optional)

Herbed Marinated Pork Chops

Method:
  1. Brush chops with lemon juice. In a small bowl combine oil, herbs and pepper, mix well.
  2. Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops. Arrange in a baking dish, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Place pork on grill, about 5-inches over slow coals. Grill for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with vegetable kabobs, if desired.
    Note: If using dried herbs, reduce their amounts by 1/2 to1/3.
    Serves 4.
