Ingredients:

1 or 2 potatoes
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Hash Browns

Method:
  1. Grate potatoes and mix with salt to taste.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan, place some above mixture on your palm, convert into desired shape and drop in oil.
  3. Fry the hash browns until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
