6 (4-6 ounces) halibut steaks
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetables for skewering

Method:
Whisk together mustard, butter, honey and lemon juice.
Season steaks with salt and pepper, then brush both sides with honey-mustard.
Cut halibut into 1" chunks and place on skewers with an assortment of vegetables
and broil.
