2 large avacados, peeled & mashed
1 medium tomato
2 tbsp green onions
2 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic or 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Guacamole
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to the consistency desired.
Chill and serve on plate of lettuce leaves as dip for tostadas or sandwich filling or
simply with chips.
