Texas Rolls, thawed and risen
1 tbsp. olive oil
Italian herbs
Pizza toppings as desired: Red or yellow bell peppers, sausage, onion, tomatoes, grated
cheese, etc |
Grilled Pizza

Method:
- Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll into an 8" circle. Brush lightly with oil.
- Place on grill and cook on medium-low temperature for 4-5 minutes. Turn crust over.
- Brush with oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Add toppings. Close grill or cover pizza with foil.
- Grill until cheese has melted and dough is cooked through, for about 5-7 minutes.
Makes 1 (8") pizza
