Ingredients:

4 Texas Rolls, thawed and risen
1 tbsp. olive oil
Italian herbs
Pizza toppings as desired: Red or yellow bell peppers, sausage, onion, tomatoes, grated cheese, etc

Method:
  1. Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll into an 8" circle. Brush lightly with oil.
  2. Place on grill and cook on medium-low temperature for 4-5 minutes. Turn crust over.
  3. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Add toppings. Close grill or cover pizza with foil.
  4. Grill until cheese has melted and dough is cooked through, for about 5-7 minutes.
    Makes 1 (8") pizza
    Preparation time: 20 minutes
