Ingredients:8
slices rye bread
3/4 lb. cooked corned beef, thinly sliced
1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
4 slices Swiss cheese
Butter or margarine, softened
Island dressing |
Grilled Beef Sandwich

Method:
- Spread bread slices with dressing. Cover 4 of the bread slices with corned beef,
sauerkraut and cheese.
- Top with remaining bread slices, dressing-side down. Spread outsides of sandwiches with
butter.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
