| Ingredients: 10-12 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1 medium size onion, chopped finely
2 medium size tomatoes, chopped finely
4 tbsp oil
4-5 eggs |

Method:
- Heat up oil in a frying pan and saute chopped garlic, onion and tomatoes. Stir fry until
the flavor of garlic is released. Set aside
- Beat the eggs well and to this add the above garlic mix. Mix slowly for about 3-4
minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the egg mixture. Fry on both sides until the eggs are cooked.
- Serve with rice or bread or even on the side for breakfast, lunch or snacks.
