Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened apple juice or water
4 thin slices of fresh ginger
1 fresh lemon
2 tsp honey (optional)

Ginger-Lemon Brew

Method:
  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the apple juice and ginger slices.
  2. Also add the lemon juice along with the rinds and bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain through a sieve into 2 glasses and sweeten with honey, if desired.
    Serves: 2
