Ingredients:

2 boneless beef top loin steaks, 1" thick
1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp roasted garlic teriyaki marinade & sauce, divided
For Broccoli Potatoes:
1 lb all-purpose potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup sour half & half
1 cup (4 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked

Method:
  1. Cut beef steaks, crosswise in half to make 4 petite steaks. Place steaks and 1/3 cup roasted garlic teriyaki marinade in a plastic bag. Close bag securely, turning to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade. Place steaks on rack of broiler pan so that surface of beef is 3" to 4" from heat.
  3. Broil for 13-15 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once and brushing with remaining 1 tbsp roasted garlic teriyaki marinade.
  4. Meanwhile in a microwave-safe 1 1/2 qt casserole, combine potatoes, 2 tbsp water and garlic. Cover, microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
  5. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add milk, sour half & half and 1/4 tsp salt, beating until light and fluffy.
  6. Stir in broccoli and serve potatoes with steaks.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Preparation time: 25 minutes
