1/2 pkg green house fines herbes
1 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp date sugar
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup water
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
French Herb Salad Dressing
Method:
Dissolve salt in the vinegar. Remove leaves from the green house fines herbes and chop
finely.
Add all the ingredients except oil to the chopped herbes and mix well, then slowly stir
in the oil.
Pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously for a full minute.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. To serve, toss with baby lettuce or your
favorite salad greens.
