| Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs beef flank steak
1 can long green chilies
1/3 cup fresh lime juice, about 2 limes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
Fresh green chilies, if desired
Fresh parsley sprig, if desired |

Method:
- Place steak in glass baking dish. Place remaining ingredients, except fresh green
chilies and parsley, in food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth, for about 40 sec. Pour over steak and cover. Refrigerate, turning
occasionally, for at least 3 hours.
- Cook steak over barbecue grill 4 inches from medium-hot coals, 6 minutes per side for
rare or until desired doneness.
- Slice steak across the grain into thin slices. Garnish with green chilies and parsley.
