Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs beef flank steak
1 can long green chilies
1/3 cup fresh lime juice, about 2 limes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
Fresh green chilies, if desired
Fresh parsley sprig, if desired

Flank Steak With Green Chilies

Method:
  1. Place steak in glass baking dish. Place remaining ingredients, except fresh green chilies and parsley, in food processor or blender.
  2. Process until smooth, for about 40 sec. Pour over steak and cover. Refrigerate, turning occasionally, for at least 3 hours.
  3. Cook steak over barbecue grill 4 inches from medium-hot coals, 6 minutes per side for rare or until desired doneness.
  4. Slice steak across the grain into thin slices. Garnish with green chilies and parsley.
    Serves: 6
