Ingredients:
1 pkg (12 count) large taco shells
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with green pepper & onion
3/4cup salsa, mild
1 can (15-1/4 oz.) whole kernel fiesta corn, drained |
Fast Fiesta Tacos

Method:
- Prepare taco shells according to package directions.
- Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add undrained tomatoes and salsa; cook over medium heat 7
to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add corn; cook 2 more minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Spoon into heated taco shells and garnish with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese,
avocado or sour cream, if desired.
Tip: For larger families or parties, try (29 oz.) family size whole kernel golden sweet
corn and double all other ingredients.
Makes 12 tacos
