| Ingredients: 1/2 cup of egg whites
1 tbsp chopped green peppers
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped red peppers
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Vegetable spray |
Egg Whites Omelette

Method:
- Using vegetable spray, lightly coat a medium skillet.
- Saut� vegetables until slightly tender. Spread evenly in pan.
- Pour egg whites over veggies.
- When partially cooked, spread cheese over half of egg and gently fold omelet.
- Continue cooking until desired doneness.
