Ingredients:

1 (2.1 oz.) pkg. (15) frozen mini filo dough shells, thawed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Chopped assorted fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi fruit, nectarines and/or drained crushed pineapple) and/or finely chopped nuts
1/4 cup seedless strawberry jam, melted
Fresh mint leaves (if desired)

Easy Fruit Tarts

Method:
  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, orange juice and vanilla in medium bowl until well mixed.
  2. Spoon about 1 tsp. cream cheese filling into each filo shell; top with fruit. Drizzle jam over fruit. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
  3. Tip: To melt strawberry jam, spoon into microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until melted.
  4. Tip: Frozen mini filo dough shells can be found in the frozen dessert section of your supermarket. Filled tarts may be covered and refrigerated up to 3 hours before serving.
    Makes 15 tarts
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
