| Ingredients: 3 (4-oz) cube steaks
1 cup flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 ounce oil
3 cups beef steak
1 cup beer
Corn starch to thicken
Cilantro and rosemary for garnishing |

Method:
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip cube steak and fry in oil.
Pour beef stock and beer over meat and simmer for 30 minutes in 350 degrees F oven.
When meat is done, thicken liquid with cornstarch.
Add cilantro and rosemary to sauce and serve.
