3 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/3 cups French fried onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Creamy Mashed Potato Bake

1. Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder.
2. Spoon half the mixture into 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup French fried onions and 1/2 cup of cheese. Top with remaining potato mixture.
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until hot. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes.
   Makes 6 servings
   Preparation time: 40-45 minutes
