Ingredients:

3 cups fruit, fresh, frozen, unsweetened or canned (drained)
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp granulated sugar, (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Creamy Fruit Shake

Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Note: For a tropical taste sensation, follow directions using a mixture of mango, papaya and pineapple to make up 3 cups fruit.
    Makes about 4 cups.
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
