| Ingredients: 1 can (14 oz) creamy chocolate
sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp corn starch
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tbsp margarine or butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pkg (6 oz) pie crust
Whipped topping or whipped cream |
Creamy Chocolate Pie

Method:
Stir together water and cornstarch. Keep aside.
In saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and stir in cornstarch mixture.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly for about 12-15
minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in butter or margarine and vanilla. Spoon into pie crust.
Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with whipped topping.
Makes 1 pie.
