Ingredients:
2 (15 oz) cans cream-style corn
1 (28 oz) can vegetarian baked beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp pepper
Corn & Bean Chowder
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
