lb. salmon or swordfish steaks
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbsp. vodka (optional)
1 envelope good seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup olive oil |

Method:
- Mix juice, vodka, salad dressing mix and oil until well blended.
- Pour over salmon; cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate. Drain; discard dressing
mixture.
- Place salmon on greased grill over medium coals. Grill for 6 minutes on each side or
until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork.
