Ingredients:

6 cinnamon rolls, baked & cubed (do not frost.)
1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese, cut into small cubes
12 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups half & half
1/2 cup maple syrup

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Bundt

Method:
  1. Thoroughly spray a 12 cup bundt pan or 9x13-inch glass pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle a layer of cinnamon roll cubes into pan followed by a layer of cream cheese cubes. Add another layer of cinnamon roll cubes followed by the rest of the cream cheese.
  3. Blend melted butter, half & half, syrup, salt, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Pour egg mixture over cream cheese and cinnamon roll cubes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove covering.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
  6. If made in a bundt pan, invert immediately onto serving platter. Allow to cool for 8-10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with Apple Cider Syrup.
    Serves: 6
