Ingredients:

2 loaves bread dough, thawed but still cold
2 raisins
1 egg, beaten

Method:
  1. Using a rolling pin, form one loaf of bread dough into a moose head shape. Place on a large cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Clip mouth and shaggy chin hairs with scissors.
  2. Using a knife, cut other loaf in half. With one half, roll dough into a slight boomerang shape and cut out antlers. Place on top of head. Using a scrap of dough, form a diamond shape for the ear and fold it over. Place at back of head and under antlers.
  3. With remaining half of loaf, roll out a misshaped rectangle for a neck and place under shaggy hairs. Press raisins together and place on head for eye. Brush with egg and cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
  4. Allow to rise for 1/2 hour. Remove the wrap and depress nostril just before baking.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
    Preparation time: 40 minutes
