white dinner rolls, thawed (but still cold)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips Topping:
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
Chocolate Peanut Butter Logs
Method:
Flatten each roll into a 4-inch circle.
Spread each roll with 2 tsps peanut butter and sprinkle with 1 tsp. chocolate chips and
1 tsp. butterscotch chips.
Roll each roll into a log shape and place seam side down on a large cookie sheet sprayed
with non-stick cooking spray. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise for 30-45
minutes.
Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
For the topping, mix chips together and melt. Drizzle over slightly cooled logs.
