3 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
3 cups milk
1/2 cup coffee, any flavor

Chocolate Coffee Latte

1. Microwave chocolate and milk in medium microwavable bowl on high for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
2. Whisk or stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in flavored instant coffee.
3. Pour into large cups or mugs. Garnish each serving with thawed whipped topping and additional grated chocolate.
