Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs chicken strips
4 cups frozen vegetables, thawed
3/4 cup teriyaki stir-fry sauce
1 1/3 cups French fried onions
1 tbsp oil

Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry

Method:
  1. In a skillet, heat oil and stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add vegetables; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add sauce; cook and stir until hot.
  3. Top with French fried onions. Serve with rice, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
