Ingredients:4
boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (6 oz.) stuffing mix for chicken
1/3 cup sour cream or milk
1 cup lukewarm water |

Method:
- Heat and spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray on medium.
- Add chicken, brown for 2 minutes on each side. Meanwhile toss stuffing crumbs, seasoning
packet and water. Set aside.
- Pour the mixed soup and sour cream over the chicken breast. Then sprinkle the stuffing
mixture. Reduce heat to low and cover for 25 minutes or until cooked.
