8 ounces cooked chicken meat, chopped
1/2 tsp chicken base (granules)
1/2 cup hot water
1 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup cashew nuts or garbanzo beans
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped and divided
Chicken Chives Casserole
Method:
Dissolve chicken base in hot water and mix with cream of mushroom soup.
Blend chicken meat with nuts or beans, soup mixture and 1/2 of chives.
Bring to a boil in a heavy pan. Sprinkle the rest of fresh chives.
