1 6-ounce skinless, boneless chicken
breast
1 ounce ham, thinly sliced
1/4 of a banana
Lemon pepper to taste
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
Small bundle of watercress

Method:
Flatten chicken breast with mallet.
Roll ham around banana. Wrap chicken breast around ham and banana.
Beat egg and season with lemon pepper.
Flour chicken breast. Roll chicken breast in egg mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
